Speech recognition software is often used by people with disabilities who have difficulty using a keyboard or mouse, or who have difficulty committing their ideas to written form. It can also be used to help transcribe recordings, but there can be issues when transcribing interviews which limit the technique's usefulness.

Mindjet MindManager: Mind-mapping software. Available on all ISS-supported PCs via AppsAnywhere and can be installed on personal devices.
Office 365: A cloud-based system that provides access to email, applications and many more related services. It is available to all students and staff at the University. Once you are a student your Lancaster email will be the main method we use to contact you.

Dyslexia - reasonable adjustments - Equality Act 2010

Epilepsy Action has various online courses that you can take including what to do if someone has a seizure. Here are links to some of their other courses for teachers and family members.
